Chicken Tikka Salad Wrap
What you'll need...
- 100g Tikka paste
- 100g natural yoghurt
- coriander to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 600g diced chicken
- salad leaves
- mayonnaise
- 4 medium wraps
Our Recipe Inspiration for 4 People:
- Whisk together the Sharwood's Tikka paste, natural yoghurt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture. Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes or preferably overnight.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through. Serve with salad and mayonnaise in the wrap.
