Creamy Coconut Korma
What you'll need for 2 people:
- 300g of chicken or your favourite protein equivalent
- 150g of uncooked rice and/or 2 medium naan breads
- Sharwood's chutney to taste
- Optional: A few toasted almonds, fresh coriander leaves and lemon.
Our Recipe Inspiration for 2
- Simply fry diced chicken breasts (300g) or your favourite protein equivalent in little oil until browned
- Add the sauce and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes or until all is cooked through.
- Serve with rice or naans and a spoonful of our delicious Sharwoods chutney.
- [Optional] - Sprinkle with coriander and toasted almonds then garnish with a lemon wedge.
