Spicy Tikka
What you'll need for 2 people:
- 300g of chicken or your favourite protein equivalent
- 150g of uncooked rice and/or 2 medium naan breads
- Sharwood's chutney to taste
- Optional: Fresh coriander, yellow or green pepper and natural yoghurt.
Our recipe inspiration for 2
- Simply fry diced chicken breasts (300g) or your favourite protein equivalent in little oil until browned.
- Add the sauce and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes or until all is cooked through.
- Serve with rice or naans and a spoonful of our delicious Sharwood's chutney.
- Optional: Sprinkle with coriander, a few pepper slices and a spoonful of yoghurt.
