Butter Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon oil
500g Chicken thighs, sliced
1 jar Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
4 x Naan bread
250g Cherry tomatoes, halved
Optional
Natural yoghurt
Mint leaves
Mint leaves to serve Sharwood’s Mango Chutney
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a frypan over medium high heat, add chicken and cook for 4-5 mins each side until golden.
Step 2
Pour in Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce and cook for 8-10 mins, over medium low heat until cooked through, and reduced slightly. Slice chicken.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line two trays with baking paper. Place the naan bread on prepared trays and cook for 5 mins until crisp.
Step 4
Serve topped with chicken, cherry tomatoes, yoghurt, mint leaves and Sharwood’s Mango
