Tikka Pork Puppodum Cups

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon oil
1 Onion, sliced
500g Pork mince
1 Jar Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
1 Small red onion, finely sliced
1 Long red chilli, finely sliced
Optional
Sharwood’s Puppodums to serve
Coriander, mint leaves to serve
Sharwood’s Mango Chutney to serve
Natural yoghurt to serve
Lime wedges to serve

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a large frypan over medium high heat, add onion and cook for 1 min until softened.

Step 2

Add the pork mince, cook for 5 or 6 mins until golden brown, breaking up the lumps with the back of a spoon. Pour in Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and cook over medium low heat for 10 mins.

Step 3

Prepare Sharwood’s Puppodums as directed on the packet. Spoon the mince into puppodum cups, garnish with red onion, chilli and herbs.

Step 4

Swirl the Sharwood’s Mango Chutney into yoghurt and serve with lime wedges.
