Tikka Curry Paste
Water, Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Purée (9%), Yellow Split Pea Gram Flour, Garlic Purée (8%), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Salt, Ground Coriander Seeds (3.5%), Ground Cumin (3.5%), Ground Paprika, Chilli Powder, Ground Turmeric, Black Pepper, Colour (Paprika Extract).

Store in a cool, dry place.

What You’ll Need…
100g Tikka paste, 100g natural yoghurt, coriander to taste, 1tbsp lemon juice, 600g diced chicken, salad leaves, mayonnaise and 4 medium wraps.
Method…
1. Whisk together the Sharwood’s Tikka paste, natural yoghurt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
2. Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture. Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes or preferably overnight.
3. Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through. Serve with salad and mayonnaise in the wrap.
Can be enjoyed hot or cold. Please ensure food is fully cooked before serving (Serves 4).
