Korma Halloumi with White Beans
A delicious vegetarian based meal, simmered in korma sauce.
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon oil
200g Halloumi, sliced
400g White beans, rinsed and drained
1 jar Sharwood’s Korma Simmer Sauce
½ Small red onion, finely sliced
1 Red chilli, finely sliced
Optional
Lime wedges to serve
Natural yoghurt to serve
Coriander and mint leaves to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a frypan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add halloumi, brush with some of the Sharwood’s Korma Simmer Sauce. Cook for 2 mins each side until golden. Remove from pan.
Step 3
Add white beans, remaining Korma simmer sauce and cook for 4 mins until heated through.
Step 4
Serve the halloumi with brown rice, korma beans. Garnish with onion, chili and limes.
