Mild Korma and Capsicum Kebabs

Grilled chicken pieces marinated in an authentic Indian spice paste with lemon juice and yoghurt.

Ingredients

100g Sharwoods Korma paste
100g Natural yogurt
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp lemon juice
600g diced chicken
1 diced capsicum

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk together the Sharwood’s korma paste, natural yoghurt, coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Step 2

Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade mixture

Step 3

Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes or preferably overnight

Step 4

Soak skewers in water then, place the chicken and capsicum on skewers.

Step 5

Grill for 10 minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through.

Step 6

Serve with salad and Poppadoms.
